Job summary

HUB International Limited is seeking an Account Manager in Florida to manage a book of insurance, providing exceptional client service and coordinating with producers and carriers. You will maintain and grow accounts, negotiate with underwriters when needed, and support the team in achieving retention and growth targets.

The role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience, required licenses, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of relevant insurance account management experience.
• FL 4-40 license minimum; willingness to obtain 2-20 or 20-44 P&C license.
• Current CE credits in required lines and states.
• Ability to travel as required by the role.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of insurance business with independence and discretion.
• Provide professional, courteous service to clients, carriers, and HUB colleagues.
• Support Producers and Account Managers; assist with account maintenance and renewal processes.
• Develop new business from existing accounts and assigned leads; pursue cross-selling opportunities.
• Document client interactions and ensure data accuracy in HUB systems; travel as needed.
