Job summary

Holmes Insurance Agency is seeking a Personal Lines Producer to grow and maximize profitable relationships with personal lines clients while expanding the book of business through new client sales. You will identify opportunities, quote, bind coverage, and educate clients on coverages and rates.

Responsibilities include prospecting, maintaining client relationships, assisting in renewals, and reporting on sales activity.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of personal lines products and underwriting processes.
• Strong prospecting and closing abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and develop personal insurance opportunities with new and existing clients in person, online, by phone, and through written communication.
• Foster and maintain relationships with clients and prospects through regular follow-up, accurate quotations, and account support.
• Actively prospect round accounts and solicit increases in existing client coverage and network for new clients.
• Obtain best coverage and rate, process quotes, bind policies, and coordinate documentation.
• Support renewal and retention with clients and maintain strong relationships.
• Monitor metrics and document sales activity timely and professionally.
• Collaborate with team, mentor staff, and participate in meetings.
• Maintain CE and stay informed on industry changes to improve knowledge and performance.
