Job summary

Holman is seeking a licensed insurance professional to engage Holman dealerships and drive personal lines insurance opportunities. You will build a prospect list, assess needs, and deliver consultative quotes. The role requires a license and at least one year in insurance with a track record of premium generation and retention.

You will work closely with management to meet growth targets and represent the Holman brand at events and in daily operations. A four-year degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one-year experience in insurance industry.
• Maintains a $25,000 minimum monthly average premium in personal lines with at least 10 households/month.
• Maintains a quality book of business – 85% retention and 1.4 policies per household.
• Property & Casualty Insurance License Required

Responsibilities

• Engage key personnel at Holman dealerships to raise awareness of Holman Insurance Services.
• Develop and maintain an active prospect list through dealerships and referrals.
• Assess household insurance needs using various contact methods and provide consultative quotes.
• Generate new business applications for personal lines insurance and ensure timely submission to carriers.
• Answer questions on coverage options, discounts, and pricing; work with management to hit premium targets.
• Act as a brand ambassador for the insurance group at Holman events and within the organization.
