Job summary

Holman Insurance Services seeks a Personal Lines Sales Agent to engage Holman dealerships, understand household insurance needs, and develop tailored quotes for auto, home, and life coverages. The role involves lead follow-up, cross-selling, and maintaining a high-quality book of business while meeting premium targets.

The candidate will collaborate with management to reach growth and retention goals, train others on the agency system, and provide consultative service to clients and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or demonstrated equivalent experience as determined by department management.
• Minimum of one-year experience in insurance industry.
• Maintains a $25,000 minimum monthly average premium in personal lines with at least 10 households/month.
• Maintains a quality book of business – 85% retention and 1.4 policies per household.

Responsibilities

• Engage Holman dealerships to promote Holman Insurance Services.
• Develop and maintain a prospects list from dealership sources.
• Prepare needs-based quotes addressing household insurance holistically.
• Generate new business applications for personal lines Property and Casualty insurance.
• Assist with client service needs including policy changes and billing questions.
