• Active Property & Casualty License required.
• 2+ years of Personal Lines insurance sales experience within a retail agency environment preferred.
• Proven success generating new business, growing client relationships, and achieving sales objectives.
• Demonstrated ability to develop referral sources and Centers of Influence through networking and relationship-building.
• Existing professional network and strong community presence preferred.
• Strong consultative selling, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of Personal Lines insurance products, carrier markets, and coverage solutions.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams and carrier partners.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and agency management systems.
• Strong organizational skills, professional credibility, and commitment to delivering exceptional client service.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute business development strategies to generate new Personal Lines opportunities and achieve sales growth.
• Build, maintain, and actively manage a pipeline of prospective clients through networking and referrals.
• Develop long-term client relationships, conduct client reviews, and identify opportunities to strengthen coverage.
• Assess client needs and recommend insurance solutions aligned with goals and risk profiles.
• Market and place insurance programs by negotiating options with carrier partners.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and collaborate with internal partners.
• Establish and maintain strategic referral partnerships with realtors, mortgage professionals, financial advisors, attorneys, business owners, and centers of influence.
• Represent IOA at networking events and community functions to generate business opportunities.
• Leverage LinkedIn and other professional tools to build credibility and market presence.
• Maintain knowledge of carrier appetites, market trends, and industry best practices.
