Holman Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Insurance Sales Representative to engage Holman dealerships and expand personal lines protection for customers. You will develop prospects, tailor consultative quotes, and drive carrier submissions while maintaining a strong book of business.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree or demonstrated equivalent experience.
• Property & Casualty Insurance License Required
• Minimum of one-year experience in insurance industry
• Maintains a $25,000 minimum monthly average premium in personal lines with at least 10 households/month
• Maintains a quality book of business – 85% retention and 1.4 policies per household

Responsibilities

• Engage Holman dealerships to raise awareness of Holman Insurance Services.
• Develop and maintain an active prospect list from dealerships and referrals.
• Contact introductions via phone, email, social media to assess personal lines needs.
• Develop quotes addressing client needs with a consultative approach focusing on value.
• Generate new business applications for personal lines Property and Casualty with timely carrier submissions.
• Field questions on coverage options, discounts, and pricing.
• Collaborate with management to hit premium and retention targets.
• Act as a brand ambassador for the insurance group at Holman events.
• Assist with client service needs like policy changes, billing questions, and claims inquiries.
