Holman Insurance Services in the United States seeks an Insurance Sales professional to engage Holman dealership networks, develop referral opportunities, and deliver consultative personal lines Property & Casualty insurance solutions. You will quote coverage, manage relationships, and help meet premium and retention goals.

The role requires a Four-year college degree (or equivalent) and a Property & Casualty license, with at least one year in insurance and a track record of robust client

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree or demonstrated equivalent experience as determined by department management.
• Property & Casualty Insurance License Required
• Minimum of one-year experience in insurance industry.
• Maintains a $25,000 minimum monthly average premium in personal lines with at least 10 households/month.
• Maintains a quality book of business – 85% retention and 1.4 policies per household

Responsabilités

• Engage Holman dealerships to raise awareness of Holman Insurance Services.
• Develop and maintain introductions and prospects from dealerships and referrals.
• Contact prospects via phone, email, social media to assess personal lines insurance needs.
• Prepare quotes addressing clients' needs with a consultative approach.
• Generate new business applications for personal lines Property & Casualty insurance and ensure timely submission.
• Answer questions on coverage, discounts and pricing.
• Collaborate with management to achieve premium and retention targets.
• Act as brand ambassador for the insurance group across Holman functions.
• Assist with client service needs including policy changes and billing inquiries.
