Holman Enterprises is seeking a proactive Insurance Sales Specialist to engage Holman dealerships, identify household insurance needs, and deliver consultative quotes spanning auto, home, life, and liability. You will build a network of referrals, submit applications, and work closely with management to hit premium and retention targets.

The role requires a four-year degree, a Property & Casualty license, and strong communication skills to develop lasting relationships with clients and partners

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
• Ability to develop consultative, needs-based quotes for personal lines.
• Thorough understanding of underwriting guidelines and policy provisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an active list of dealership referrals and prospects.
• Generate new business applications for personal lines insurance and ensure timely submission to carriers.
• Perform needs-based consultations to tailor home, auto, and life insurance solutions.
• Follow up with prospects, manage quotes, and close new business.
• Build strong relationships with Holman management and frontline staff to meet growth targets.
