Responsibilities

• Engage Holman dealerships to raise awareness of Holman Insurance Services.
• Develop quotes addressing client needs with a consultative approach.
• Generate new business applications for personal lines P&C insurance.
• Handle inquiries on coverage options, discounts, and pricing from prospects and clients.
• Work with management to achieve premium, retention, and growth targets for all lines.
• Act as brand ambassador at Holman functions and within the organization.
• Assist with client service needs and train new employees when needed.
