Job summary

HUB International Limited is seeking an Account Manager to manage a book of insurance business with autonomy. You will provide professional service to clients, carriers, and HUB colleagues, while supporting Producers and Account Managers in retention and growth.

Role requires Florida licensing, strong English communication, and the ability to travel. This position offers a full-time schedule at HUB facilities with opportunities to contribute to client outcomes and team success.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written English communications skills.
• Superior customer service and problem solving skills.
• Proficiency with computer systems, including Microsoft Office and automated agency management systems.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Manages a book of insurance business with independence and discretion.
• Provides professional service to clients, carrier representatives, and HUB colleagues.
• Maintains and expands business; may develop new business as appropriate.
• Coordinates with Account Managers and Producers on client service, marketing and renewal.
• Acts as liaison between clients and carriers to resolve issues.
• Documents conversations and updates HUB systems accurately.
• Travels on company business as required and prepares reports for management.
