Mountain West Insurance & Financial Services, LLC is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to support the Personal Lines Department. The role requires maintaining procedures, reviewing data in the Agency Management System, and managing follow-ups to ensure accuracy and compliance.

You will cultivate carrier relationships, document policy changes and payments, and engage in ongoing licensing and CE requirements.

Formación

• Must obtain insurance license as mandated by state insurance authority.
• Proven ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy; able to analyze complex situations.
• Demonstrates effective management of multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain understanding of carrier and agency change procedures and industry specifics.
• Review reports related to data maintenance in the Agency Management System.
• Effectively manage follow-ups generated in the Agency Management System.
• Cultivate and sustain quality relationships with carriers and coworkers.
• Document processing of policy changes, cancellations, and claim payments.
• Review expiration report to address missed or inactive policies and client accounts.
• Attend mandatory agency meetings, seminars, and conferences.
• Acquire required insurance license and complete continuing education to maintain eligibility.
• Communicate clearly with coworkers and management.
• Perform additional functions as assigned by management.
