Mountain West Insurance & Financial Services in Steamboat Springs, CO, is seeking a Personal Lines Account Executive to service client books and support Producers. This role requires strong policy knowledge, client communication, and accurate record-keeping in the agency management system.

Full-time position with benefits including medical, dental, vision and 401k with company match; candidates should have a High School diploma and insurance customer service experience.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior general & insurance customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to adhere to a defined service process and maintain accuracy.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong organization.

Responsabilidades

• Sustain working knowledge of carrier change procedures and industry specifics.
• Review reports and maintain activity records in the Agency Management System.
• Manage client account status, policy changes, and submissions for new/renewal business.
• Communicate with coworkers, underwriters, and producers to ensure client satisfaction.
• Process policy changes, evidences, cancellations, and billing uploads.
