Job summary

Mountain West Insurance & Financial Services, LLC seeks a Personal Account Executive to service the book of business and support Producers under the Personal Lines Manager’s guidance. You will maintain client records, process policy changes, and ensure accurate submissions to carriers.

Responsibilities include reviewing reports from the agency management system, managing account status, coordinating billings, and maintaining strong relationships with clients, carriers, and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Sustain working knowledge of all carrier change procedures and industry specifics.
• Review daily, weekly and monthly reports generated by Agency management system.
• Maintaining appropriate records of activity for each client the Agency Management System.
• Managing the accuracy of each client’s account status, submissions for new and renewal business and requested policy changes.
• Manage follow-ups that generate in the Agency Management System.
• Keep Producer fully informed of all-important activities on client accounts.
• Build and maintain quality relationships with clients, carriers and coworkers.
• Providing accurate information to carrier underwriters and support team.
• Adhere to agency procedures and regulations to ensure agency compliance.
• Attend required agency meetings and outside functions, seminars and conferences.
• Clear and concise communication with coworkers and management.
• Process requests for policy changes, evidences, cancellations and Auto ID cards.
• Process direct bill, agency bill and upload sweep account payments to companies.
• Perform other functions as assigned by management.
