Job summary

Mountain West Insurance & Financial Services, LLC is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to verify policy accuracy and endorsements for commercial accounts. You will work closely with the Account Executive to support in servicing client accounts and ensure up-to-date client files.

This role emphasizes thorough policy reviews, EPIC processing, and timely communication with carriers and clients. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for success in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Prior insurance experience desirable.
• Proficient with desktop or laptop computer, calculator, agency management system and MS Office.
• Must maintain Colorado insurance license.

Responsibilities

• Review and process new and renewal policies within 10 days.
• Request and process endorsements with carriers.
• Follow up with carriers on change requests.
• Issue certificates and auto ID cards and verify accuracy.
• Process daily mail and update EPIC.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and staff.
• Attend Commercial Lines meetings and licensing trainings.
• Prepare and send insured letters.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
