• Review reports related to data maintenance in the Agency Management System.
• Effectively manage follow-ups in the Agency Management System.
• Cultivate and sustain quality relationships with carriers and coworkers.
• Ensure accurate documentation in the Agency Management System.
• Adhere to agency procedures and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Attend mandatory agency meetings and external functions, seminars, and conferences.
• Document processing of policy changes, cancellations, and claim payments.
• Review expiration reports to address missed or inactive policies and client accounts.
