Mountain West Insurance & Financial Services, LLC is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to support the Personal Lines Department, maintain carrier and agency procedures, and ensure accurate documentation.

The role emphasizes license maintenance, data accuracy in the Agency Management System, and effective communication with coworkers and management. A high school diploma and MS Office proficiency are preferred; some travel may be required.

Formación

• Acquire the insurance license as mandated by Colorado regulators.
• Demonstrates accurate data handling and documentation.
• Able to work in team and independently and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain understanding of carrier and agency procedures.
• Review reports related to data maintenance in the Agency Management System.
• Manage follow-ups generated in the Agency Management System.
• Document processing of policy changes, cancellations, and payments.
• Attend agency meetings and external functions as required.
