HUB International in Anchorage, AK seeks an Account Manager for Personal Lines to service insureds, manage renewals, and negotiate terms with underwriters. The role requires Alaska licensure and prior broker experience, with strong communication and MS Office skills.

Hybrid working arrangement and a comprehensive benefits package are offered. You will support client relationships, prepare proposals and bind coverage, and mentor Assistant Account Managers as needed.

Formación

• At least 3 years of insurance account management experience with a broker.
• Alaska resident license is required.
• EPIC experience is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day client needs and renewals for Personal Lines.
• Coordinate with underwriters to negotiate terms and pricing.
• Review renewal proposals and ensure accurate coverage and policy summaries.
• Delegate tasks to Account Assistants to balance workload and progress.
• Maintain electronic client records and ensure compliance with broker standards.
