Job summary

Patriot Growth Insurance Services, LLC is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager in New York to deliver exceptional client service and support throughout the policy lifecycle. You will manage day-to-day servicing, coordinate with carriers and teams, and act as a trusted resource for clients navigating their insurance needs.

Qualifications

• Active New York Property & Casualty license is required.
• 3+ years of Personal Lines account management experience.
• Experience supporting policy servicing, renewals, endorsements, quoting or claims.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for personal lines clients by phone, email, and in person.
• Process policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and new business accurately.
• Support clients through claims by coordinating with carriers and adjusters.
• Maintain complete account documentation in the agency system for compliance.
• Communicate coverage, billing questions, and service requests proactively.
• Collaborate with producers, carriers, underwriting, and internal teams to resolve issues.
