Legacy Risk Solutions LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to manage the full lifecycle of personal insurance accounts, including new business, renewals, endorsements, and servicing. The role involves collaboration with Producers, carriers, and clients to ensure accurate servicing and strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in Personal Lines, an active P&C license, strong communication skills, and proficiency with agency software like Applied

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty insurance license required.
• 2–3 years of Personal Lines insurance or account management experience.
• Education beyond high school preferred; degrees favored.
• CISR, CIC or similar designations are a plus.
• Experience with Applied Epic or similar systems preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; strong Office skills.
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of Personal Lines accounts including new business, renewals, endorsements, and ongoing servicing.
• Partner with Producers to prepare for renewal meetings and coverage recommendations.
• Prepare marketing submissions and obtain competitive coverage options from carriers.
• Process policy endorsements, change requests, renewals, audits, cancellations, and non-renewals with accuracy.
• Communicate policy updates, billing inquiries, coverage changes, and service requests with clients and carriers.
• Assist with policy binding, billing support, and audit processing.
• Review policies and endorsements for accuracy and resolve discrepancies with carriers.
• Coordinate issuance of certificates, policy documents, and client deliverables.
• Order MVRs, loss runs, and underwriting documentation as requested.
• Maintain accurate electronic client files and workflows in agency systems.
• Support client retention by delivering exceptional service and responsiveness.
