Job summary

Patriot Growth Insurance Services is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to service a book of personal lines accounts with carriers and internal teams. This hybrid, full-time role located in Cheshire/Enfield/Kingston/Waterford requires a P&C license and 2–4 years of related experience.

You will support policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and claims conversations, while maintaining accurate records and delivering proactive, high-quality client service to protect client interests.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in personal lines account management.
• Active Property & Casualty license.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, client-focused approach.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service a book of personal lines accounts, providing timely, accurate support.
• Market new and renewal business to secure competitive coverage solutions.
• Respond to client inquiries regarding coverage, premiums, endorsements, and account activity.
• Coordinate with carriers, adjusters, and clients to facilitate claims communication.
• Review policies, endorsements, certificates, and related documents for accuracy.
• Maintain detailed account documentation and collaborate with internal teams.
