Job summary

Patriot Growth Insurance Services is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to join our hybrid, full-time team in the Connecticut/Northeast region. You will manage a book of personal lines, service client needs, process policy changes, endorsements, and renewal conversations while maintaining accurate records and building long-term relationships.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of personal lines experience, a Property & Casualty license, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in personal lines account management.
• Active Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Strong knowledge of personal lines products, coverages, policy servicing, and carrier procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a client-focused and professional approach.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service a book of personal lines accounts, ensuring clients receive timely, accurate, and professional support.
• Market new and renewal business to secure competitive coverage solutions.
• Respond to client inquiries regarding coverage, premiums, endorsements, and account activity.
• Coordinate with carriers, adjusters, and clients to facilitate claims communication.
• Review policies, endorsements, certificates, and documents for accuracy.
• Maintain detailed account documentation and collaborate with internal teams for retention.
