The role emphasizes relationship-building, proactive service, and accuracy across policy changes, endorsements, and renewals, with a focus on client retention and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in personal lines account management.
• Active Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Strong knowledge of personal lines products, coverages, and carrier procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with a solutions-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service a book of personal lines accounts with timely, accurate support.
• Market new and renewal business to secure competitive coverage solutions.
• Respond to client inquiries regarding coverage, premiums, and endorsements.
• Coordinate with carriers, adjusters, and clients to facilitate claims communication.
• Review policies, endorsements, certificates for accuracy and alignment with client expectations.
• Maintain detailed account documentation and collaborate with the team to support retention.
