Job summary

Patriot Growth Insurance Services in Cheshire, CT (hybrid) is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to support a book of personal lines clients with expert service. You will work with carriers and internal teams on policy changes, renewals, and claims, ensuring accurate records and strong client relationships.

Required are 2–4 years in personal lines account management and an active Property & Casualty license, with solid knowledge of products, coverage options, and carrier procedures.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of personal lines account management experience.
• Active Property & Casualty license.
• Knowledge of personal lines products, coverages, policy servicing, and carrier procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and client-focused approach.
• Highly organized with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical and proactive problem-solving abilities with a solutions-driven mindset.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service a book of personal lines accounts with timely, accurate support.
• Market new and renewal business to secure competitive coverage.
• Respond to client inquiries on coverage, premiums, endorsements, policy changes, and activity.
• Coordinate with carriers, adjusters, and clients to support claims communication.
• Review policies, endorsements, certificates for accuracy and alignment with client expectations.
• Maintain detailed account documentation and collaborate with internal teams to support retention.
