World Insurance Associates is seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to support the Account Executive with client management and retention. This role focuses on delivering high-level service to a growing book of Personal Lines business.

Located in New York, the position offers a base salary of $57,000 to $62,000 plus a competitive benefits package and variable pay programs. A Property & Casualty license and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 3–7 years of Personal Lines Account Management experience.
• Property & Casualty license required.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with AMS like Applied/Epic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Executive with client management and retention.
• Manage a high-volume Personal Lines book, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Grow client loyalty through relationships, service and communication.
• Handle renewals, service requests, claims, billing and new policies.
• Review applications, policies, endorsements and audits for accuracy.
• Coordinate expiration list with manager for renewals.
• Understand markets, underwriting guidelines, and submission procedures.
