Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to support our Client Service Center. This role focuses on retention, renewals, and growth through consultative service and cross- selling, managing a book of personal insurance clients.

You will build strong client relationships, handle policy servicing, and support coverage strategy using technology. This on-site position emphasizes collaboration and proactive client engagement.

Qualifications

• Active P&C license is required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Applied Epic or similar agency management system strongly preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment in collaboration with other team members.
• HS Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in personal lines and/or account management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients and manage renewals, policy changes, and day-to-day account servicing.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and support retention and client satisfaction goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams and leadership to resolve client issues and improve service delivery.
• Deliver high-quality service and support client business needs.
