Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to support our Client Service Center in Michigan. You’ll manage a book of personal insurance clients, focusing on renewals, retention, and growth through consultative service and cross‑selling, while leveraging technology to boost outcomes.

You’ll build strong client relationships, handle policy servicing, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Active P&C license required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Experience in personal lines or account management.
• HS Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage renewals, policy changes, and day-to-day servicing for personal lines clients.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and support growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve service.
