Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to support our growing Client Service Center. This role focuses on retention, renewals, and growth through consultative service and cross-selling; you’ll manage a book of personal insurance clients and build strong relationships while using technology to improve service delivery.

You’ll need an active P&C license, 2+ years of account management experience, and a HS diploma (Bachelor’s preferred).

Qualifications

• Active P&C license required.
• 2+ years of personal lines/account management experience.
• HS Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients.
• Manage renewals, policy changes, and day-to-day account servicing.
• Provide consultative recommendations and tailored insurance solutions.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and support retention goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve service.
