Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to support our Client Service Center in Grand Rapids. You will manage a book of personal insurance clients, focusing on retention, renewals, and growth through consultative service and cross-selling.

This role emphasizes client relationships, policy servicing, and coverage strategy, with on-site collaboration and strong teamwork across departments.

Qualifications

• Active P&C license is required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential.
• Proficiency with Applied Epic or similar agency management system strongly preferred.
• HS Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of personal lines and/or account management experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients.
• Manage renewals, policy changes, and day-to-day account servicing.
• Provide consultative recommendations and tailored insurance solutions.
• Identify cross-sell and account rounding opportunities.
• Support retention and client satisfaction goals through proactive engagement.
• Partner with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve service delivery.
• Promote adoption of digital tools and resources where appropriate.
• Deliver high-quality service and support client business needs.
