Job summary

Acrisure seeks an Account Manager to serve as a main client contact, handling policy transactions, renewals, and data management. You will work with specialists to maintain accurate client records in Aggressive Systems/EPIC and support cross-functional teams in delivering tailored insurance solutions.

The role requires a Property & Casualty license, strong organization and communication skills, and practical knowledge of insurance principles.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty License required.

Responsibilities

• Service accounts including quotes and policy issuance, ID cards, endorsements, certificates, renewals, follow-up and correspondence.
• Respond to client inquiries and internal requests promptly.
• Handle insurance marketing and sales tasks.
• Collect renewal data for assigned accounts.
• Provide claims support as needed.
• Develop coverage strategies and plans as required.
• Review policies and endorsements for accuracy.
