Responsibilities

• Sustain working knowledge of carrier change procedures and industry specifics.
• Review daily, weekly and monthly reports generated by Agency management system.
• Maintain appropriate records of activity for each client in the Agency Management System.
• Manage accuracy of each client’s account status, submissions for new and renewal business and requested policy changes.
• Manage follow-ups that generate in the Agency Management System.
• Keep Producer fully informed of all-important activities on client accounts.
• Build and maintain quality relationships with clients, carriers and coworkers.
• Provide accurate information to carrier underwriters and support team.
• Adhere to agency procedures and regulations to ensure agency compliance.
• Attend required agency meetings and outside functions, seminars and conferences.
• Clear and concise communication with coworkers and management.
• Process requests for policy changes, evidences, cancellations and Auto ID cards.
• Process direct bill, agency bill and upload sweep account payments to companies.
• Perform other functions as assigned by management.
