Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in an Insurance Account Management role.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• P&C License required or able to obtain within 120 days from hire.
• Desire to obtain professional designation (e.g. CISR, AAI, ARM, CIC, CPCU) is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manages a book of insurance business with independence and discretion.
• Provides professional, courteous service to clients, carrier reps, underwriters, partners, and HUB colleagues to meet retention goals.
• Works with Producers and HUB personnel on client service, marketing, and renewal activities.
• Oversees preparation and processing of transactions and paperwork for accounts.
• Understands client objectives and compares plans for suitability; informs on market changes.
• Acts as liaison with carriers to resolve escalated service issues and negotiates as needed.
• Documents conversations and maintains data accuracy in HUB systems.
