Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to support our growing Client Service Center in Utah. This role manages a book of personal insurance clients with a focus on renewals, coverage strategy, and growth through consultative service and cross-selling.

You will build strong client relationships, manage policy servicing, and support clients with coverage decisions while partnering with internal teams to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Property & Casualty license.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and systems.
• Proficiency with Applied Epic or similar agency management system strongly preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment in collaboration with other team members.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients.
• Manage renewals, policy changes, and day-to-day account servicing.
• Provide consultative recommendations and tailored insurance solutions.
• Identify cross-sell and growth opportunities while supporting retention goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve service delivery.
