Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to support our Client Service Center. You will manage a book of personal insurance clients focused on retention, renewals, and growth through consultative service and cross-selling.

Responsibilities include managing renewals, policy changes, and day-to-day servicing, while leveraging digital tools and collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality client solutions.

Qualifications

• Active P&C license
• 2+ years of personal lines and/or account management experience
• HS Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Proficiency with Applied Epic or similar agency management system

Responsibilities

• Manage renewals, policy changes, and day-to-day account servicing.
• Provide consultative recommendations and tailored insurance solutions.
• Identify cross-sell and account rounding opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve service delivery.
