Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to strengthen client relationships and drive retention through strategic consultation and technology-enabled solutions. The role focuses on managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth while handling renewals and leveraging data-driven insights.

You will coordinate across internal teams to deliver exceptional service, identify cross-selling opportunities, and support clients with personal lines

Qualifications

Must hold an active P&C license.
Proven ability to manage client relationships and achieve retention targets.
Ability to coordinate renewals and cross-sell solutions across carriers.

Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management: serve as the primary contact for clients, building long-lasting relationships.
Strategic Engagement: implement data-driven campaigns and keep client engagement high.
Coordination and Collaboration: work with Digital Marketing, HR, Compliance and partners.
Client Success and Value Delivery: ensure exceptional value from Acrisure’s digital services.
Drive adoption of self-service tools and enrollment capabilities.
