Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to support our growing Client Service Center in Ohio. You will manage a book of personal insurance clients, focusing on retention, renewals, and growth through consultative service and cross-selling.

You’ll build strong client relationships and handle policy servicing with coverage strategy in mind. This on-site role requires a current P&C license, strong communication, and the ability to collaborate with teams to deliver high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Active P&C license.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Applied Epic or similar agency management system.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment in collaboration with other team members.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients.
• Manage renewals, policy changes, and day-to-day account servicing.
• Provide consultative recommendations and tailored insurance solutions.
• Identify cross-sell and account rounding opportunities.
• Support retention and client satisfaction goals through proactive engagement.
