Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to support our growing Client Service Center, focusing on retention, renewals, and growth through consultative service and cross-selling. You’ll build strong client relationships, manage policy servicing, and advise on coverage strategies using technology.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in personal lines/account management, with an active P&C license and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple accounts and systems.
• Proficiency with agency management systems, preferably Applied Epic, or similar.
• HS Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients and manage renewals, policy changes, and day-to-day account servicing.
• Provide consultative recommendations and tailored insurance solutions to drive retention and growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and promote adoption of digital tools.
