Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to support our Client Service Center. This role focuses on retention, renewals, and growth through consultative service and cross-selling, while building strong client relationships and managing policy servicing.

Required active P&C license, 2+ years in personal lines/account management, and proficiency with agency management systems. On-site role with comprehensive benefits and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active P&C license.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• 2+ years of personal lines or account management experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients and manage renewals, policy changes, and day-to-day servicing.
• Identify cross-sell and account rounding opportunities to support growth and retention.
• Partner with internal teams and leadership to resolve client issues and improve service delivery.
• Deliver high-quality service and support client business needs.
