Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to support our growing Client Service Center. This role focuses on client relationships, policy servicing, renewals, and strategic consultations to drive retention and growth.

You will manage a book of commercial insurance clients, collaborate with internal teams, and promote digital tools. Strong communication, organizational skills, and a license are required for success.

Qualifications

• Active P&C license.
• 2+ years of commercial lines/account management experience.
• Proficiency with Applied Epic or similar agency management system.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients.
• Manage renewals, policy changes, and day-to-day account servicing.
• Provide consultative recommendations and tailored insurance solutions.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and account growth.
• Support retention and client satisfaction through proactive engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve service delivery.
• Promote adoption of digital tools and resources.
