Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to support our Client Service Center. This role manages a book of commercial insurance clients with focus on retention, renewals, and growth through consultative service and cross-selling.

You’ll build strong client relationships, manage policy servicing, and support coverage strategy with our digital tools. Candidates should hold an active P&C license, have 2+ years in commercial lines/account management, and be comfortable working on-site

Qualifications

• Active P&C license.
• 2+ years of experience in commercial lines/account management.
• Proficiency with agency management systems (Applied Epic preferred).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned commercial clients and manage renewals, policy changes and day-to-day servicing.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and contribute to account growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams and leadership to resolve client issues and improve service delivery.
• Deliver high-quality client service and support business needs.
