Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to support our Client Service Center in Florida. This role focuses on retention, renewals, and growth through consultative service and cross-selling, while managing policy servicing and client relationships.

You will collaborate with internal teams, leverage technology for service delivery, and drive client success. A P&C license and relevant experience are required, with on-site work supported to enable collaboration.

Qualifications

• Active P&C license.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and systems.
• Proficiency with Applied Epic or similar agency management system strongly preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment in collaboration with other team members.
• HS Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in personal lines and/or account management experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients.
• Manage renewals, policy changes, and day‑to‑day account servicing.
• Provide consultative recommendations and tailored insurance solutions.
• Identify cross‑sell and account rounding opportunities.
• Support retention and client satisfaction goals through proactive engagement.
• Partner with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve service delivery.
• Promote adoption of digital tools and resources where appropriate.
• Deliver high‑quality service and support client business needs.
