Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to support our growing Client Service Center. This role will manage a book of personal insurance clients, focusing on retention, renewals, and growth through consultative service and cross-selling.

You’ll build strong client relationships, manage policy servicing, and support coverage strategy using technology and collaborative teamwork. You’ll deliver high-quality service, identify cross-sell opportunities, and work with internal teams to

Qualifications

• Active P&C license.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and systems.
• Proficiency with Applied Epic or similar agency management system.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment in collaboration with other team members.
• HS Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in personal lines and/or account management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients.
• Manage renewals, policy changes, and day-to-day account servicing.
• Provide consultative recommendations and tailored insurance solutions.
• Identify cross-sell and account rounding opportunities.
• Support retention and client satisfaction goals through proactive engagement.
• Partner with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve service delivery.
• Promote adoption of digital tools and resources.
• Deliver high-quality service and support client business needs.
