Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to support our growing Client Service Center. This role focuses on retention, renewals, and growth through consultative service and cross-selling, while building strong client relationships and advising on coverage strategies.

Ideal candidates bring a P&C license, 2+ years in commercial lines or account management, and proficiency with agency management systems. On-site collaboration is expected to drive results.

Qualifications

• Active P&C license is required.
• Minimum 2+ years in commercial lines or account management.
• Experience with agency management systems preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned clients.
• Manage renewals, policy changes and day-to-day servicing.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and support growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve service delivery.
• Deliver high-quality client service and support client business needs.
