Acrisure seeks a Personal Lines Account Manager to support our Client Service Center. You will manage a book of personal insurance clients, focusing on retention, renewals, and growth through consultative service and cross-selling, while building strong relationships and guiding policy servicing.

Role emphasizes collaboration with internal teams, adoption of digital tools, and delivering tailored insurance solutions in a dynamic, on-site environment.

Qualifications

• Active P&C license
• 2+ years of personal lines/account management experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients.
• Manage renewals, policy changes, and day-to-day account servicing.
• Provide consultative recommendations and tailored insurance solutions.
• Identify cross-sell and account rounding opportunities.
• Support retention and client satisfaction goals through proactive engagement.
• Partner with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve service delivery.
• Promote adoption of digital tools and resources where appropriate.
• Deliver high-quality service and support client business needs.
