Acrisure is actively seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to drive client success through strategic consultation and technology-enabled service. You will manage a book of business, nurture relationships, and handle renewals while identifying cross-sell opportunities.

This role collaborates with Digital Marketing, HR, Compliance and partners to deliver tailored insurance solutions. A licensed P&C and strong communication skills are essential, as is a team-focused, data-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Active P&C license is required.
• Strong client management and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to multitask across multiple systems and workflows.
• Collaborative team player who can manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for clients, managing day-to-day communications and fostering strong, long-lasting relationships for assigned book of business.
• Understand client needs and objectives, providing strategic recommendations and tailored solutions. Proactively communicate and coordinate renewals and relationships.
• Maintain timely and accurate updates and changes on policies for assigned customer activity in Agency Management System and related software.
• Maintain ongoing engagement throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Implement and monitor data-driven and customer-tailored marketing campaigns.
• Drive retention and growth through proactive engagement and cross-selling opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Digital Marketing, HR, Compliance and partners.
• Promote self-service tools and enrollment capabilities.
