Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to support our growing Client Service Center. This role focuses on retaining, renewing, and growing a book of commercial insurance clients through consultative service and use of technology.

You’ll build strong client relationships, manage policy servicing, and support coverage strategies. Responsibilities include renewals, cross-selling opportunities, and collaboration with internal teams to resolve client issues while promoting digital

Qualifications

• Active P&C license is required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Experience with commercial lines and account management.
• Experience with Applied Epic or similar agency systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients.
• Manage renewals, policy changes, and day-to-day servicing.
• Provide consultative recommendations and tailored insurance solutions.
• Identify cross-sell and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
• Promote adoption of digital tools and resources where appropriate.
• Deliver high-quality service and support client business needs.
