Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to support our growing Client Service Center. This role focuses on retention, renewals, and growth through consultative service and cross-selling while managing a portfolio of personal lines clients.

You will deliver high-quality service, collaborate with internal teams, and leverage digital tools to improve client outcomes. A valid P&C license and 2+ years of experience are required; on-site presence is expected.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts.
• Proficiency with Applied Epic or similar agency management system.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment in collaboration with other team members.

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: serve as the primary contact for assigned clients and manage renewals.
• Account Growth and Retention: identify cross-sell opportunities and support retention goals.
• Collaboration: partner with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve service delivery.
• Client Success: deliver high-quality service and support client business needs.
