Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to support our growing Client Service Center, managing a book of commercial insurance clients with a focus on retention, renewals, and growth through consultative service and cross‑selling.

You will serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, handle renewals and policy changes, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve service delivery while promoting digital tools.

Qualifications

• Active P&C license.
• strong emphasis on client servicing and insurance knowledge.
• Proficiency with Applied Epic or similar agency management system preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients.
• Manage renewals, policy changes, and day-to-day account servicing.
• Provide consultative recommendations and tailored insurance solutions.
• Identify cross-sell and account rounding opportunities.
• Support retention and client satisfaction goals through proactive engagement.
• Partner with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve service delivery.
• Promote adoption of digital tools and resources where appropriate.
