Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to support our growing Client Service Center. This role focuses on retaining and renewing commercial insurance clients while driving growth through consultative service and cross-selling. You will build strong client relationships and manage policy servicing.

The position emphasizes collaboration with internal teams, adoption of digital tools, and delivering tailored insurance solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Active P&C license.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and systems.
• Proficiency with Applied Epic or similar agency management system.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned clients.
• Manage renewals, policy changes, and day-to-day account servicing.
• Provide consultative recommendations and tailored insurance solutions.
• Identify cross-sell and account rounding opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve service delivery.
• Promote adoption of digital tools and resources.
• Deliver high-quality service and support client business needs.
• Complete additional projects or duties as assigned.
