Job summary

HUB International in Spokane, WA seeks an Account Manager I to handle a book of insurance business and provide professional, courteous service to clients, carriers, and colleagues. You may work independently or with a Producer to support client advocacy, retention, and new accounts.

The role emphasizes following best practices and broker standards while coordinating with team members and underwriters to secure favorable terms and accurate policy summaries.

Qualifications

• Two or more years insurance brokerage or property casualty insurance experience in account management role preferred.
• Professional license required and CE credits kept current.

Responsibilities

• Serve day to day client needs including coverage questions, policy changes, payments, or cancellations.
• Manage renewal process: obtain information, marketing, pricing, quotes, invoicing.
• Review quotes to ensure insurance requirements are included.
• Maintain client relationships and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Associate Account Managers and underwriters to ensure positive results.
