Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency’s Personal Insurance division seeks a passionate service professional to deliver exceptional customer service and tailor personal risk management solutions to client needs. You’ll support both clients and carriers, educate on options, and collaborate with a driven sales team.

You will handle renewals, prepare materials, and ensure accurate client data in our agency system while pursuing upsell opportunities and maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Customer service focused and able to educate and make recommendations to clients and carriers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, carriers and underwriters.
• Ability to identify opportunities for up-sell and cross-sell and support a sales-oriented team.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming service requests from customers and carriers, educate and make recommendations.
• Manage new and renewal insurance marketing, negotiate with carriers and prepare materials.
• Determine coverage acceptability and place, provide coverage recommendations.
• Update and maintain customer information in the agency management system.
• Identify and pursue up-sell and cross-sell opportunities with team members.
• Provide effective and efficient customer service alongside the sales and service team.
